This programme was initiated in 2022 in order to provide a seamless transition from an AWC to a school in the vicinity, in view of distance criteria as per RTE Act, 2009 by Nursery-Primary Branch, Directorate of Education. Presently 245 Sarvodaya Vidyalayas have been linked with neighborhood Aanganwadis and 3 Anganwadis have been collocated in the school premises.
