Child's Progression Tracker (CPT) launched in session 2022-23 is an on-line & real time monitoring tool developed by Nursery-Primary Branch, DoE. It tracks the progress of child in achieving Development Milestones/ Learning Outcomes formulated by SCERT Delhi & NIPUNN Bharat. CPT has facilitated in real-time monitoring of the progress in learning levels of student, the outcome of which stood at 67.58% students achieving more than 60% of the learning outcomes in session 2023-24.
