As a pathbreaking landmark, विमर्श Model United Nations (MUN) was initiated by the Nursery Primary Branch, DoE in 2023 for the first time in the history of any government organisation where the participants were the students of primary classes. In continuation of that success, the Nursery Primary Branch, Directorate of Education, Delhi proudly organised second edition of its annual feature विमर्श Model United Nations (MUN) on October 24th 2024 (UN Foundation Day), bringing together about 110 enthusiastic primary students representing 75 countries to engage in vital discussions on Sustainable Development Goal 3 specifically focused on SDG 3.9: "Reduce mortality and morbidity from hazardous chemicals and air, water, and soil pollution and contamination."
